1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Kyejo mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by Kyejo and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

Any notes or entries you create remain yours and are stored locally on your device. We do not claim any rights to your personal content.

6. Disclaimer

Kyejo is a wellness and relaxation application. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyejo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
